Maintain and update customer master data and commercial conditions.
Assist in core accounting processes (fixed assets, accounts payable, and receivable) in coordination with shared service teams.
Support invoicing activities, credit note issuance, and monitoring of outstanding balances.
Perform basic profitability assessments linked to commercial initiatives and investments.
Monitor marketing-related expenses and corresponding provisions.
Upload and validate financial data in reporting systems.

Contribute to month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, etc.).
Ensure consistency of data across operational and financial systems.
Assist with variance analysis versus budget and forecast.

Controls & Compliance




Follow internal policies and local regulatory requirements in all financial processes.
Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing required documentation.
Maintain proper records to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
Contribute to strengthening internal controls and process improvements.

Work with financial systems and analytical tools (ERP, Excel, others).
Document finance procedures and workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships)
Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes
Strong Excel skills; ERP knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish
