Role Summary:

As a Senior Client Onboarding Manager you will be responsible for leading the
Valencia onboarding function, ensuring the effective delivery of client
onboarding projects, while managing and developing a high-performing team. The
role combines strong people leadership, advanced project management capability,
and expertise in the fund administration and financial services industry,
ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients, fund launches, and transitions into
Business-as-Usual (BAU).

Key responsibilities:

Leadership & People Management

* Lead, manage, and develop a team of Client Onboarding professionals across
multiple seniority levels.

* Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with business
priorities.

* Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning.
