At Bucksense, we’re growing fast and looking for a data-driven, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead high-impact general campaigns.

If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love working with data, and enjoy optimizing campaigns end-to-end—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
Own and allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation
Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies
Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and continuously improve results
Monitor key metrics like CPL, conversion rate, and ROI




Turn data into insights and actionable strategies

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta platforms
Experience managing campaigns from strategy to optimization
Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution, and GA4
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
Analytical mindset with a passion for data
Fluent English (must have)
