WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Supervisar e intervenir en la prestación de los servicios de comidas y/o
bebidas (restaurantes, bares, etc.).
• Planificar tiempo y recursos: elaboración de turnos, control de stocks.
• Organizar y asignar las mesas a los camareros que dependen de él.
• Corregir las actuaciones de sus colaboradores, facilitando la solución de
problemas.
• Supervisar la higiene y presentación de su personal, así como el estado de la
limpieza de su sector.
• Controlar la “mise en place”.
• Tomar las “comandas”.
• Informar al maître de las deficiencias que observe en la calidad y
presentación de las comidas.
