Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.

1-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales , with a focus on SMBs — this is a hunter role with high outreach activity, including high-volume cold calling .
~ Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
~ Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).




~ Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.
~ EU work permit is a must.

Native Spanish
Fluent in English

Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
