With our commercial team evolving and new strategic priorities in place, we are searching for a VP of Commercial to own and drive enterprise revenue. This is not a managerial build-out role — it is a high-impact individual contributor position where you will personally close strategic deals with integral pharma and SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) companies, working hand-in-hand with the COO, CEO and leadership team.
You will own the full commercial cycle for Idoven's most strategic accounts: from building relationships at the global decision-maker level to structuring complex multi-year agreements. You will be the person who flies to the client site, sits at the table, and closes.
What You'll Do
Own and drive the enterprise sales pipeline with a focus on global pharma (Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Novartis, BMS, and peers) and medtech companies such as GE HealthCare.
Close strategic deals in the €500k–€2M+ range, leveraging established relationships and building new ones at the global level.
Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with Idoven's product roadmap and go-to-market vision.
Work directly with the COO & CEO to co-develop account strategies, structure deal terms, and lead key negotiations.
Qualify and refine inbound leads generated by the marketing team, converting them into closed revenue.
Represent Idoven at key industry conferences, advisory boards, and pharma innovation forums.
As the team grows, contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team.
10+ years of MedTech business development experience
Proven track record closing enterprise deals (€500k+) with global pharma or medtech companies — you must have personally led and closed deals, not just been part of a large team.
Deep familiarity with the pharma and/or medical device commercial landscape; experience in cardiac, imaging, or AI-enabled diagnostics is a strong plus.
