Position Summary:

As a Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to
delivering excellent service for sophisticated analytical and scientific
instruments. Working with customers across research and healthcare settings,
you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment while
providing exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities to




work with advanced technology while contributing to scientific advancement and
innovation.

Territory:

This role requires the successful candidate to be located in the North-West
(Asturias). Candidates applying from other locations must be willing to relocate
at their own expense, as no relocation package is offered.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Installation, configuration, and functional testing of analyzers at customer
sites as required.
• Undertake analyzer Preventative Maintenance services.
• On-site repair and/or replacement of any faulty components
(hardware/software/configuration/LIS) to restore functionality of the analyzer
within the agreed timescales and in order to offer first time fix solution.
• Technical support by phone or email to answer enquiries or solve simple
problems.
• Relocation, removal and/or reconditioning of installed devices.
• Provide technical documentation when
