What will you do?
You will lead the design and evolution of backend solutions (Java, .NET) on cloud environments (Azure), defining scalable architectures based on microservices and event-driven patterns, and integrating messaging systems (Kafka/Service Bus), robust APIs, and cloud services.



You will be responsible for applying engineering best practices (SOLID, DDD, testing, CI/CD), ensuring application quality and observability, and collaborating with teams in an agile environment, bringing technical vision, a hands-on approach, and mentorship to elevate the team’s capabilities.
What do we value?
- Strong experience in backend development and complex solution design
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in cloud environments
- Solid knowledge of distributed architectures (microservices, event-driven, Kafka/Service Bus)
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)
- Experience designing and building REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger, API Management)
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
- Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure Pipelines), observability (ELK), and code quality tools (SonarCloud)
- Strong engineering
