We are looking for a Industrial Planner and Performance who will work in close
relation with AIT management, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering and
Production to ensure an industrial process.
You will belong to a dynamic team in a department which is responsible of the
Industrial Planning, Performance & Control in Getafe space MAIT plant. You will
work with a team across multiple disciplines to deliver on Quality, on Time and
on Cost
The jobholder will perform the following activities:
Managing master production planning for the designated production areas
according to the projects milestones commitments and performance targets.
Ensure robust communication between the AIT managers and Production areas.
Contributing to the MRP process, carrying out the activities associated with his
or her role within the overall process.
Reporting at TSMS plant-level according to the MPS process, consolidating 3-axis
resources plan (manpower, machines, surfaces).
Validate with the relevant stakeholders the recovery plans for the projects.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing MAIT
processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
using lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track key performance
indicators (KPIs) relevant to MAIT operations, developing regular reports a
