An international FMCG company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its team in Barcelona for a 6-month temporary assignment.

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key supply chain KPIs, including service level, inventory, forecast accuracy, OTIF, and logistics costs.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain stakeholders (Planning, Logistics, Customer Experience) to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven analytics solutions.
- Convert business questions into structured analytical frameworks, data models, and visual insights that enable informed decision-making.
- Support the automation and standardization of reporting and analytics processes across the global supply chain.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of supply chain performance reporting.
- Extract, validate, and organize supply chain data from ERP systems (M3 preferred).
- Work collaboratively with IT, Finance,



and general/regional supply chain teams to enhance data availability and reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on data governance, KPI standardization, and improving data quality.

Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics analytics is highly preferred.
- Strong practical experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and visualization best practices.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as M3, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Power Platform or reporting automation tools is desirable.
