This is a senior leadership role with significant influence across the
organisation. Reporting into a senior strategic leader, you’ll help shape and
plan divisional and Advanced Solutions strategy, translating it into clear,
executable plans that drive performance and growth.

You will initially lead three Technical Centers of Excellence (CoEs), with scope
designed to scale over time, potentially encompassing additional CoEs and a
broader mandate across Advanced Solutions planning and strategic development -
aligned to your expertise and contribution.

Working closely with European leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll play a
critical role in turning strategic intent into commercial and operational
success.
