- Own end-to-end delivery of people programs (onboarding, talent development, engagement) across the cluster.
- Develop and execute operations scaling programs that enable efficient growth as capacity expands.
- Partner with site leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to align program priorities with business objectives.
- Define program metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
- Identify gaps in people processes and propose scalable solutions that maintain operational standards.
- Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across sites within the cluster.
- Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers proactively.
- Support change management efforts tied to new operational models or workforce initiatives.
