Payroll Specialist with Dutch
Job Description:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a part of the Payroll Team. Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for all HR/Payroll-related inquiries, assisting employees with general questions (from policies and procedures to technology support) and managers with employee lifecycle administration.

Experience in end-to-end Dutch Payroll process
Knowledge of Dutch labour law ;
Solid knowledge of HR-related administrative processes and procedures;
You speak Dutch fluently it will be an asset.
English is at least B1 level;
Knowledge of Excel and how to use lookup formulas and pivots;
Good communication and social skills;

Nice to have skills:
~ Experience with AFAS Profit and Workday





Key Responsibilities:
Respond to questions on regulatory or complex administrative HR procedures and practices through multiple channels,
Answer basic HR regulatory policy-related questions for both managers and employees in the Netherlands and Belgium, and escalate as appropriate,
Being a point of contact for your HR colleagues,
Provide support for the payroll process by maintaining the payroll audit database. Monitor and maintain data analysis between payroll and HR. Reconcile and process payroll information received from outside sources such as adjustments for relocated employees, bonus payments, stock options, and time accrual adjustments,
Supporting HR processes if needed, such as: onboarding, contract changes, contract extensions, terminations and any other employee-related data changes,
Creating reports for different stakeholders within the company on a regular basis,
