This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and delivering commercial excellence across a defined geographical territory. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of key accounts, managing the full sales cycle from new business development to account expansion, while also leading account-level marketing initiatives and customer education across the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, and deep expertise in the medical aesthetics / injectables market. You will engage directly with clinic owners, healthcare professionals,



and key decision-makers to maximize customer value, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the Sinclair Aesthetics portfolio to clinic/practice owners and qualified healthcare professionals. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and account growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clinic owners, KOLs, procurement leads, and senior decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities within existing and target accounts to drive portfolio expansion. Lead account-level marketing planning and local activation initiatives aligned with wider company marketing strategies.
