WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Funciones principales:

* Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de coctelería.
* Diseñar y actualizar cartas de cócteles y bebidas.
* Garantizar la calidad, presentación y consistencia de las elaboraciones.
* Gestionar inventarios, pedidos y control de costes.
* Formar y desarrollar al personal del área.
* Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio, higiene y seguridad
alimentaria.
* Atender incidencias y asegurar una experiencia memorable para los clientes.
* Colaborar con la dirección en estrategias comerciales y de mejora continua.
