Creative Strategist for UK/EU is a performance-minded, market-savvy leader who bridges integral creative output with the nuances of European consumer behaviour.



This person excels at identifying what's working in the US market and translating it for UK and German/French audiences; while also building the infrastructure to test, learn and scale independently. Owning the experimentation framework that enables the EU/UK team to move fast, document learnings, and scale winners while maintaining strong alignment with brand identity

Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Paid Social UK & DE/FR and cross-functional brand, design, and marketing teams
