As our HR Generalist, you will work in close collaboration with Clara, our HR Manager based in Barcelona, and serve as the main HR contact on-site for our Pamplona office.
Your missions :
1/ Manage the employee lifecycle : you coordinate and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, draft employment contracts and amendments, manage renewals, and handle statutory sick leave/workplace accident notifications (ITs / ATs).
2/ Pilot Payroll Operations : you gather, prepare, and submit the monthly payroll variables file to our external consultancy. You review and validate final payslips to ensure 100% accuracy.
3/ Monitor Time, Attendance & Training (FUNDAE) : you oversee the clock-in/clock-out system, manage schedule discrepancies, holidays, and leaves of absence.
You also handle the administration and coordination of training programs to secure tax credit bonuses through FUNDAE.
4/ Support Labor Relations : in coordination with your manager, you support the daily relationship and communication with the Works Council / Labor Unions, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements as a new Works Council is being set up.
5/ Coordinate Health, Safety & Employee Support : you serve as the main point of contact for team queries regarding payroll, collective agreements, and company benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.). You manage medical visits and health & safety coordination, while actively supporting the implementation of Workday.

Who are you ?
You have at least 2 years of experience in personnel administration, ideally acquired in a fast-paced payroll consultancy, HR advisory firm, or payroll outsourcing environment.
