CDI Position – Junior Customer Success Manager (French Speaker)

In a context of strong growth, Cardata / The Ramp is recruiting a Customer Success Manager (French speaking)in Barcelona, with a strong commercial dimension.

Act as the business and performance point of contact for assigned clients
Support clients in implementing and optimizing digital campaigns (mainly local campaigns)
Provide recommendations on media, budgets, and acquisition channels
Manage client portfolio performance, renewals, and investment growth
Relay and deploy national operations across retail networks
Experience in Customer Success, BDR/SDR, or commercial roles in SaaS / digital marketing
Strong interest in media campaigns and commercial performance
Native or bilingual French, fluent English; Spanish is a plus
