You'll own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, running outbound sequences, qualifying leads, and booking the meetings that turn interest into revenue.
You'll work directly with the AE and founders to figure out what messaging works, which verticals convert, and how to build a pipeline that scales. Qualify leads based on ICP criteria and book meetings for the AE
Test and iterate on outreach strategies—share what works, kill what doesn't
Keep CRM data clean and accurate so pipeline is always trustworthy
1–2 years of experience in sales, BDR,



or a customer-facing role—we care more about drive than years
~ Excellent communication skills in Spanish—you can open doors, handle objections, and build rapport fast
~ Comfortable with rejection—you treat every "no" as data, not a defeat
~ Catalan fluency (many of our target customers are Catalonia-based)
English proficiency (useful for internal communication and future expansion)
Experience selling or working in HR, payroll, or operations-heavy environments
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar
