The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development professional to drive the continued growth of our presence across Spain.
As an important and rapidly growing market for Magna Financial, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our footprint alongside our existing presence on the ground. You'll have the autonomy to build relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across the region while helping establish Magna as the foreign exchange partner of choice within the Spanish market.
This role is ideally suited to someone with proven FX sales experience who enjoys building long-term client relationships and taking ownership of business growth within a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving new business across Spain through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building
Building and developing a portfolio of corporate and private clients
Leveraging existing relationships or creating new partnerships with intermediaries such as real estate brokers, lawyers, and business setup firms
Identifying client needs and delivering tailored FX solutions
Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal execution
Onboarding new clients in line with compliance and KYC requirements
Maintaining accurate records of activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM
Working closely with internal teams including the Trading & Operations teams
Playing a key role in shaping strategy and gr
