Preferred Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design methodologies, with a substantial portfolio demonstrating user-centered work across web and mobile platforms.
- Advanced experience with Figma, including prototyping and design system management.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics for data-driven design decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear documentation and constructive feedback.
- Experience working on agile, cross-functional projects as an independent contributor or consultant.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in designing for AI-driven products or digital experiences (nice to have, not required).
- A passion for exploring how human-centered design translates to the development of intelligent systems.
