What you will do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Support the enhancement and implementation of systems related to the Origination business
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system solutions
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for ETRM and Origination systems
- Contribute to testing activities, including module, integration, and acceptance testing
- Support ongoing projects and help achieve team and departmental goals within the international energy trading business

What you bring & who you are:
- You have 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the energy trading industry
- You have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience




- You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and solutions
- You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- You maintain high standards in documentation and process traceability
- Ideally, you have experience with ETRM systems, especially OpenLink Endur, and additional language skills in German or Spanish
