We are looking for an Incident Management professional to join a strategic technology programme supporting pre-production and non-production environments.
The successful candidate will help coordinate incident resolution activities, support operational governance processes, and contribute to service stability across multiple technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incident management activities and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor operational health and support daily service readiness reviews.
- Assist with incident investigation, tracking actions, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Contribute to problem management activities, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support operational reporting and governance processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, testing, and support teams.
- Participate in stakeholder communications during operational events.
- Help maintain service quality and environment stability.
Required Skills
- Experience in Incident Management, Service Management, IT Operations, Production Support, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- English C1 level (mandatory).
