We're seeking a Time & Attendance Transformation Business Analyst to champion organizational optimization and build robust global governance across time & attendance. In this role, you'll translate our integral payroll and ELC strategy into reality—designing and aligning systems, processes, and people toward a unified target operating model. Reporting directly to the Global Payroll Transformation M&A; Lead

This will be a global role with hybrid or remote model of work. Preferred candidates are from Europe, specifically from Kraków, Poland or Madrid, Spain or Bangalore, India.
