Real Estate & Project Development Analyst
. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cala Tarida - Ibiza. Candidates must currently reside in Ibiza or be willing to relocate to the island. We offer a long-term career opportunity within a solid, expanding company.

General Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of organization, precision, and timely follow-up across all projects, with a strong emphasis on rigorous project status communications.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards across all assigned tasks.
- Support the logistics and organization of meetings.

Analyst Responsibilities

As a Real Estate & Project Development Analyst at Sabina Estates, you will have two primary areas of focus:

1. Existing Developments (Economic & Financial Control)

You will be responsible for the economic control of the project. Working alongside the technical team and management, you will:




- Prepare monthly reports for the company board, reflecting the project's temporal and financial progress.
- Review budgets and contracts; oversee monthly certifications and integrate them into the financial model according to the business plan, maintaining strict control of contracting and contingency fluctuations.
- Manage invoicing: invoice receipt, coding based on the model's chapters, confirmation of approval by technical managers, and system entry (Cost Control, etc.).
- Support the accounting department with financial reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
- Prepare cash flow updates, paying special attention to tracking incurred costs, pending payment forecasts, and consumed contingencies.
- Assist the Project Manager with document preparation, meeting organization, planning, budget control, and time management (agendas, meeting minutes, and action-item tracking).
