What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Junior Sales Recruiter
, you’ll be responsible for building relationships,
developing business opportunities and helping technology professionals secure exciting new career opportunities across
France, the Benelux region or German-speaking markets
.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying and engaging top technology professionals
- Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
- Business development and outbound calling
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
- Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Building your personal brand and market presence

Language requirements
- French or German or Dutch fluency
(mother tongue or C2 level)
- Good English
for internal communication in our international office
