Guest Experience Intern
passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest journeys. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a
5-star hotel environment
, working closely with Front Office and Guest Relations teams.

You will be part of a dynamic and international team, contributing to enhancing the overall guest experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Guest Experience and Front Office teams in daily operations
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements proactively
- Assist in managing VIP arrivals, amenities, and guest recognition programs
- Collaborate with departments (Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Help monitor guest satisfaction scores and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to creating unique and memorable guest experiences aligned with Hyatt standards





What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in
Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in
Guest Experience, Luxury Hospitality, and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish & English required; other languages are a plus)
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Availability for a
minimum of 4–6 months internship
- Eligibility for a university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)
