Role Description
The Site Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Málaga Metropolitan Area. This role oversees day-to-day site project activities, including coordinating construction schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is executed according to design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Site Project Manager will monitor project progress,



conduct regular inspections, track materials and equipment deliveries, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on time and within budget. The role includes liaising with architects, engineers, local authorities, and suppliers, managing documentation, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The Site Project Manager will also support licensing and compliance processes, helping ensure each project meets EKIN Value Development’s standards for feasibility and value creation.

Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction or development projects.
- Expeditor and expediting experience to manage approvals, permits, and timely delivery of materials and documentation.
