Strategic Fleet Resilience Engineer
, you won’t just be tracking parts or managing databases; you will be the architect of our fleet's survival and evolution.

You are the ultimate guardian of the TMA fleet, ensuring technical obsolescence never grounds our mission. This is a highly strategic, individual contributor role where you will turn potential technical crises into competitive and financial advantages for the company.

Responsibilities
- Master the Risk Landscape: Own, map, and analyze the obsolescence landscape across the fleet, building the predictive defenses that keep our aircraft flying.




- Drive Executive Strategy: Act as the vital bridge between technical reality and executive decision-making. You will translate complex technical risks into high-level, high-impact investment strategies.
- Protect the Fleet: Serve as the ultimate line of defense against AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events, directly ensuring our operational availability remains unmatched.
- Innovate & Optimize: Design modern, forward-thinking lifecycle roadmaps that balance cutting-edge technological upgrades with smart capital investment.

Skills
