What's your mission?

Provide temporary operational support to the People & Culture team in high-volume recruitment, mainly for operator profiles, ensuring continuity during the implementation and stabilization of the 3rd and 4th shift, holiday coverage and key corporate processes such as the annual budget cycle.

️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, mainly for production/operator.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Follow up with candidates and align next steps with the internal P&C; team.
- Manage employee entries and exits in Endalia.
- Support administrative onboarding and related documentation.




- Provide hands-on support to the team during peak recruitment workload across Rubí and Vallsolana (Sant Cugat).

What you need to shine in this role
- Degree / studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar.
- 1–2 years of previous recruitment experience, ideally in an industrial environment and/or high-volume recruitment context.
- Immediate availability required.
- Own car needed due to shared presence between Rubí and Sant Cugat.
