Position Overview

As
a Customer Succes
s you will manage and grow relationships wit
h Spanish-speaking clients,
ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

You will combin
e customer success and commercial acumen
, acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive renewals and retention, proactively identifying at-risk accounts.
- Deliver consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Simplifae solutions.
- Identify and execute
upsell and cross-sell
opportunities.
- Manage commercial processes, including proposals and contract updates.




- Maintain accurate client data in
CRM systems
.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients.

Education & Experience
- Up
to 2-3 years of experience
in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar).
- Background
in SaaS, B2B services, or digital platf
orms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
