About The Role
Our Contact Centre team at CareSuper is growing
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll support our members, employers, and third parties across phone, email, and chat. You'll play a key role in delivering a genuine and empathetic service experience — taking ownership of each enquiry and seeing it through to resolution.
This is a fast-paced, structured, and highly supportive environment, where quality, accuracy, and member experience really matter. You'll be handling a mix of everyday enquiries through to more complex and sometimes sensitive situations, helping members navigate their super with clarity and confidence.
Our Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday,
with a rotating roster spanning across the hours of 8am - 7pm. We offer a hybrid way of working, with time in the office to connect with your team, collaborate, and support your learning and development.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or build their career in superannuation or financial services, with ongoing training and exposure to a wide range of member scenarios.
