Role Description
The Vice President Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm’s operational performance across service lines. The role involves leading business operations planning, setting performance metrics, and ensuring efficient execution of corporate, compliance, and advisory engagements. The individual will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies,



streamline processes, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include managing cross-functional programs, reviewing financial and operational reports, identifying risks and opportunities, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality, timely services to clients. The Vice President will also contribute to resource planning, stakeholder communication, and the development of best practices and operational standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-service environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Program Management experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, defining milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
