Role Description
We are looking for a highly proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.

The main objective of this position is to generate new business through proactive client acquisition, outbound prospecting, lead qualifi cation, networking and the identifi cation of new sales opportunities.

This is a 100% new business role.



You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, opening new accounts and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

You will work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing team to design and execute outbound campaigns, identify target segments and generate qualifi ed business opportunities.

The position reports directly to the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively approach potential clients within Apartool’s target markets.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and other relevant channels.
- Research target companies, industries and decision-makers to create personalised outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing team to design and execute outbound lead-generation campaigns.
