to join our team. As our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) continues to grow, we need a dedicated technical professional to help ensure that our software is successfully installed, configured, and supported in hospitals and clinical centres.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to make sure new customers can successfully start using our software. You will be the primary point of contact for hospital

IT departments, ensuring our software is installed, configured, and running smoothly so that the team can take over for clinical training. This is a
junior

role designed for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will provide remote software support to hospital IT departments (generally, no on-site visits required), creatively solving complex technical issues.



This is a Barcelona-based hybrid role (2 days in-office per week) where you will directly impact our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Software Installation & Configuration:

· Work directly with hospital IT departments to download, install, set-up, and accurately configure our software within their network infrastructure.

· Coordinate technical onboarding after the sales handover and ensure that all required customer information is complete and accurate.

· Support software licensing, user access, connectivity, configuration, and technical readiness.

· Ensure the customer is technically ready before handover for clinical training.

Technical Support:

· Act as the first point of contact for technical support queries.

· Read and interpret software logs to help identify common technical issues.

· Generate and manage software licences.

· Track, document, and follow up on sup
