Your mission
As Head of DevOps, you will lead the evolution of 1inch’s infrastructure and platform engineering capabilities, building resilient, secure, and scalable systems that support our general DeFi ecosystem.
You will guide a high-performing engineering team responsible for multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, observability, and developer enablement.
This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, driving automation, reliability, and operational excellence across the organisation.
You will play a key role in empowering engineering teams through self-service infrastructure, standardised deployment workflows, and secure-by-design practices while ensuring our systems remain highly available, cost-efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the DevOps and platform engineering strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing infrastructure engineering team
- Oversee multi-cloud Kubernetes environments and drive Infrastructure as Code and GitOps adoption
- Build and improve self-service tooling for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and secrets management
- Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical production systems
- Drive observability, monitoring, incident response, and post-mortem processes across the organisation
