? What we expect from you?
The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing
Sesame’s integral marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
. This role will be pivotal in positioning Sesame as a market leader in the HR tech space, with a focus on expanding into new international markets, particularly in regions such as Latin America and beyond. The CMO will lead a diverse marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and ensure alignment with business goals while driving measurable growth.

Key Qualifications?
- 10+ years of marketing experience,



with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company (preferably HR tech or B2B).
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in international markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience leading brand positioning initiatives and establishing thought leadership in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling marketing teams in a high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency, particularly in Spanish or Portuguese, is a plus.
- Experience in expanding into Latin American markets (particularly Brazil) is highly desirable.
