Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the E-Commerce Performance Marketing & SEO Manager, is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to the site, that bring sales and revenue for Guess e-commerce website. He/she will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and online visibility through paid and organic digital channels.

Another task will be the supervision of the entire Performance Marketing team and all the activities performed by it.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Programmatic/display networks
- Affiliate marketing
- Manage media budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards.




- Lead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets and messaging.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.

SEO Responsibilities

Together with the SEO lead on his/her team and the support of an external agency, we aim to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements:
- - Metadata
- Internal linking
- Content structure
- Technical SEO improvements
- Partner with content teams to build SEO-driven editorial calendars and landing pages.
- Monitor website health, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage technical SEO initiatives with developers.
- Track rankings, traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools such as:
- - Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Stay updated on search engin
