We are looking for a reliable, discreet and well-organised assistant to support us with bookkeeping preparation and monthly financial document management.

The work takes place in person at a private residence in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, 29640.

It is important that you are willing to come to the private residence approximately once per month and, when necessary, twice per month.

Your Responsibilities

You prepare the monthly bookkeeping documents for a Spanish autónomo and for companies located inside and outside Spain.

You log in to the relevant apps, online portals, supplier accounts and other platforms where invoices and financial documents are stored.

You download invoices, receipts, statements and other bookkeeping-related documents.

You save all documents in the correct digital folders and organise them by company, month and category.

You download and organise documents relating to both business income and business expenses.

You enter income, expenses and recurring costs into Excel spreadsheets or a suitable financial overview application.





You maintain a clear and accurate overview of monthly income, expenses and business costs.

You check whether invoices, receipts or other documents are missing and download or request them when necessary.

You prepare the complete documentation for the relevant external accountant or tax adviser.

You ensure that the correct documents are sent to the correct accountant for each company.

You communicate directly with accountants and tax advisers by email and telephone.

You receive your own business email account and manage bookkeeping-related communication through this account.

You respond to routine bookkeeping questions and provide requested documents or information.

You contact the relevant accountant if tax numbers, company details, payment confirmations or other administrative information are required.

You follow up on missing information and clarify open bookkeeping-related matters with the relevant account
