Role Description
The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and producing detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors,
and suppliers to ensure design intent is realized on-site. The role involves participating in client meetings, presenting design proposals, incorporating feedback, and maintaining project documentation throughout the design and construction phases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sant Joan de Labritja, requiring regular presence at the studio and project locations. The Interior Designer will be expected to manage timelines, align designs with project budgets, and contribute to the studio’s overall creative direction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and material selection.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and coordination with architectural teams.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
