Job Overview
Provide 24×5 Training Administration support to general clients across EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions. Handle customer queries via email, resolve training administration issues,
manage training schedules, and document cases by generating system tickets. Perform training management activities on Learning Management Systems and prepare daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue via E-mail
- Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
- Gather additional information about reported issue
- Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket
- Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
- Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems
