Role Purpose
As a
Senior Cost Engineer
, you will be responsible for leading and comprehensively managing the cost control processes associated with the construction of a battery gigafactory in Spain. The role requires solid experience in large-scale industrial projects and a deep understanding of cost estimation, control, and monitoring for civil works and MEP disciplines.
Handle cost verification for engineering changes and site visas, and be fully responsible for project final settlement.
- Bidding Document Management. Compile and review engineering tender documents, conduct comprehensive bid evaluation and tender return analysis, and provide professional and reasonable optimization suggestions for bidding strategies.
- Dynamic Cost Control & Data Management. Implement full-cycle dynamic cost management for infrastructure projects, including regular cost statistics, risk monitoring and early warning. Establish and maintain the company’s engineering cost database to support project cost benchmarking.
- Budget Execution & Target Cost Management. Supervise the on-site implementation of project budgets, participate in overall project cost control, and ensure effective delivery of project target cost indicators.
