Your main objectives will be as follows
- Support the general Organizational&Development; team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
- Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
- Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
- Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.

About You
Don't hesitate to apply if...
- You are current studing or have completed a degree in ADE, CTA, Technical Engineering, Business, or similar.
- You have analytical capacity.




- You have strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in English.
- Your Excel level is high.
