As part of our next stage of international growth, we are seeking a
General Sales & Business Development Manager
to support our commercial development, strengthen our market positioning, and expand long-term client relationships.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing APP’s international sales and go-to-market activities, managing key client relationships, coordinating regional business development initiatives, and increasing the visibility of APP’s consulting services and digital solutions within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry.

This is a senior,



client-facing role requiring strong commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across consulting, technology implementation, training, customer success, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate sales and business development activities across APP’s target markets.
- Build strategic relationships with contractors, infrastructure owners, developers, engineering companies, and technology partners.
- Manage key accounts, qualified opportunities, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate and support regional business development activities.
- Develop go-to-market plans for APP’s consulting services, digital solutions, training, and packaged service offerings.
- Strengthen APP’s market positioning, service messaging, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate content marketing, social media, events, trade shows, and thought-leadership in
