Key Mission: Driving Success in the CHEMICAL Sector Across EU

Reporting directly to the International Director, you will oversee operations across your designated area, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality standards, distributors performance, and outstanding customer service. Your leadership will contribute to business growth and operational excellence in alignment with company values and objectives.

Main Responsibilities in Operations Management
- Lead and oversee daily operations at multiple countries ensuring adherence to sales, margin, and operational standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans to achieve financial, quality, and service targets within the area.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs)



to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and marketing teams to optimize inventory management and cost controls.
- Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, stakeholders, and partners to enable business growth and brand positioning.
- Lead the launch of new sites or service lines.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports and strategic plans to the International executive leadership.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience managing international sales, having experience in the EU market.
