OVERALL MISSION

We are currently looking for a curious, and proactive controlling assistant (focusing on Travel & Expenses and Sales) to join the Finance Department at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan).

The successful candidate will take part of Finance Team and will collaborate with all stakeholders within the company (Stores, Head Office and Shared Service Center) in a dynamic environment.

Job responsibilities
- Review and Control T&E; expenses according to the LV T&E; policy
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders,



partners and third parties’ solutions providers (SAP, Concur etc.)
- Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with the guidelines
- Prepare KPIs on T&E; expenses
- Participate to the preparation of monthly closing on T&E; expenses
- Take part and initiate projects for improvement of existing processes using problem-solving methodologies
- Follow-up of purchase orders flows for the retail network of Mediterranean area
- Support on compliance analysis and procedure enhancements

Profile
- A candidate with interest in International Relations/Finance and Accounting
- Skilled in MS Office, MS Excel particularly
- A good analyst and with time management skills
- Attentive to details
- Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus
- Previous experience in Marketing and luxury industry; Digital Marketing would be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal com
