The
Renewal Sales Representative
is responsible for developing and driving recurring business growth in the region in the assigned territory. This role reports directly to the Team Leader EMEA Renewals and is a remote role that can be based in Spain, Italy, Portugal or Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create service contract proposals based on existing databases and follow a well-defined process.
- Negotiate renewal and incremental contract value and term-length directly with customers
- Drive win-back initiatives
- Partner with Sales and Aftercare to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage Inside sales opportunity funnel in Salesforce
