Overview

Job Summary

The Sales Application Specialist Biotechnology (SAS Biotech) is a mixed figure including both sales and technical responsibilities, being his/her main job tasks will be to actively promote and sell our products and solutions while keeping a good track on the technical status of the instrumentation park,



reagent stocks and IT solutions. He/she will have special focus on the Central Lab and Clinical Areas such as Pathology, Hematology, Genetics Departments, Oncology Labs and Research Institutes, with proven knowledge and hands-on experience in molecular technologies, particularly Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and qPCR/Real-Time PCR, and with additional knowledge of Cytogenetics techniques, such as FISH, highly valuable.

The SAS Biotech will provide our customers with solutions that adapt to their changing needs, creating a relationship of trust that will bring value to our customers and the Company in the medium and long term.
Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
- Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company.
- Provides application support.
- Supports laboratory organization improvement by providing technical advice and tailored solutions, with particular focus on NGS and qPCR workflows.
