Piezas24 is one of Spain's fastest-growing marketplaces for used automotive parts. Our mission is to modernize the automotive recycling industry by connecting professional dismantlers, repair shops, and customers through technology.

We're building a scalable platform that makes finding, buying, and selling used car parts faster, safer, and more efficient while promoting the circular economy.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager
to help us expand our network of partners across Europe.

What You'll Do
- Identify and acquire new business partners, including automotive dismantlers, repair shop networks, insurance companies, and fleet operators.
- Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.




- Represent Piezas24 in meetings, online events, and industry conferences when required.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships.
- Experience within the automotive, aftermarket, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace industries is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are highly valued).
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have
- Existing network within the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience working with marketplaces or B2B platforms.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Experience selling software or digital services.
