WHAT
DOES A CATEGORY PLANNER DO?
This position supports the General Procurement and Supply Chain Strategy through end-to-end material planning, at established prices from qualified suppliers that meet Bacardi quality, delivery and service standards. The role is responsible for managing medium and long-term requirements for supply of materials, driving material strategy and optimising working capital.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of success in this role; building and maintaining strong supplier relationships and working closely with global & regional Procurement teams to maximise availability and optimise sourcing strategies.
About You
This role requires an individual with high levels of business acumen, analytical capabilities, & the ability to build a strong network of contacts internally & with our suppliers. This is a critical role to the long-term success of Bacardi brands & requires a mastery of technical & system skills.



Attention to detail, with a strong background in Supply Chain are essential in this role.
